These guidelines regulate the use and management of the websites and (hereinafter, the "Websites"), owned by Fersa Bearings, S.A. (hereinafter, "Fersa"), a company established in Calle Bari nº18, C.P. 50197, Zaragoza (Spain), provided with N.I.F. A-50.643.469 and registered in the Commercial Register of Zaragoza, Volume 2885, page 7 and registration sheet Z-16.480 .

Access to the Websites, and the use thereof, constitutes a user of this and, therefore, the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Legal Notice, which should be read, for possible modifications thereof in each access to the Websites.

The User agrees (i) not to use the Websites to perform activities contrary to law, morals, public order and, in general, (ii) to use the Websites according to these general terms.

The pages and can be freely visited by users, excluding those that are in closed or private areas, or requiring entry in a register to be held in the manner indicated in the service itself.

Protection of Personal Data

The Personal Data provided to us by completing any electronic form present on the Websites, shall be confidential and automatically processed and incorporated into a file of personal data held by Fersa Bearings S.A., this being the owner and responsible party thereof (hereinafter, the "Files").

These Files will have as their sole purpose:

  1. To respond to the requests raised and provide the necessary information about Fersa or the products and services that Fersa offers, including in connection with their products, sending commercial email communications (newsletters).

Fersa Bearings, S.A., as the responsible party of the file that is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the information provided and to guarantee the User's right of access to same, and rectification, cancellation and opposition, by writing to the above address to the attention of "Marketing Department" or by sending an email to In case the User decides to exercise these rights, we would appreciate that such communication specifically state this fact and to indicate the personal data (name, email, usernames and passwords) on which the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition are exercised.

Fersa Bearings S.A. notes that upon providing personal data in the Websites or, this data is provided to the other subsidiaries for the same purpose specified in this paragraph: Fersa Brazil, Jiaxing Fersa Bearing Co., Ltd, Fersa Bearings Distribution Iberia and Fersa USA. Similarly, to comply with the purposes stated above, it may be necessary for us to communicate or transfer the information provided to other companies of data management or communication by which it is understood that, by registering and providing information through this Website, you expressly authorize us to make such assignments.
