This program is structured in two modalities:
These are medium duration internships, aimed at training the candidate to give them an overview of the company. The Fersa Graduate Program offers a plan for possible incorporation into the company based on performance assessment.
These are short internships, usually during the summer months, with the aim of developing a specific project in the company or a final degree project.
Requirements to access a Fersa internship:
- Have completed at least 50% of the degree's credits.
- Are enrolled in postgraduate training.
- Have completed a degree in the past 18 months.
