Carlos Oehling

Carlos Oehling holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza and has furthered his education through executive programmes at the University of Michigan and IESE Business School. He began his professional career at Hoffmann-La Roche in Switzerland and later worked at Bayer Spain, before taking on senior management positions at Grupo Serva and Dana Corporation.
In January 2009, he joined Fersa as CEO, a position from which he led an ambitious fifteen-year transformation process focused on innovation, international expansion, and excellence in bearing design and manufacturing. In 2024, he became Chairman of the Board of Directors and, in 2026, added the role of CEO to this responsibility, once again taking the helm of the company.
Throughout his career at Fersa, he has played a key role in consolidating the group’s international growth and driving the development of high-performance technological solutions, helping to position the company as a leading player in the mobility sector.

Francisco Javier García Sanz

Francisco Javier García Sanz

Francisco Javier García Sanz received his education in Germany, specializing in trade and exports, and later in Business Management at the Wiesbaden Business School. With an extensive career in the automotive sector, he began at Adam Opel AG and went on to serve as Executive Director of Global Purchasing at General Motors.
In 1993, he joined the Volkswagen Group, where he held prominent positions including Vice President of the Group and Chairman of the Board at SEAT. He also served as Chairman of Volkswagen Navarra and VGED, and was a board member for leading brands such as Audi, Porsche, Scania, and FAW Volkswagen.
Between 2009 and 2012, he was President of ANFAC (the Spanish Association of Automobile Manufacturers), and has remained active in both ANFAC and the German automotive association VDA.
Since 2019, he has been a member of the Board of Directors at Fersa, where he currently serves as Vice Chairman, contributing his vast experience to strengthen the company’s global strategy and international presence.

Robert Hanser

Born in Melbourne and raised in Germany, Robert Hanser studied Economics at the University of Mannheim and built a solid international career at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he worked for over 30 years. He held executive positions across Germany, France, Spain, and the UK, leading key business areas such as Automotive, Consumer Electronics, and Aftermarket Services.
After retiring in 2013, he joined the Bosch Management Support Board as a Senior Advisor. Since 2015, he has been a Board Member of LKQ Corporation, and collaborates with organizations such as McKinsey, ACPS, and Mobilion VC, focusing on innovation and business strategy.
He has also served as President of the German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce, and has been an active member of leading industry associations such as SMMT, VDA, and CLEPA.
His distinguished career was recognized with the Federal Cross of Merit, awarded by the German government.

Ángel Goyanes

Ángel Goyanes brings over three decades of experience in the industrial and business sectors. He holds a degree from the University of Zaragoza and has furthered his education through executive programs at the University of Michigan and IESE Business School.
He began his professional career at Industrias Serva S.A., where he held roles in product development and general management, later becoming Senior Manager at Dana Corporation. In 1998, he co-founded Going Investment, a firm specializing in business investments, where he has been actively involved in investment and divestment processes across industrial, technological, and service sectors.
His career brings a strong strategic vision, instrumental in the development and growth of Fersa. In addition, he has served as board member in various companies, providing leadership and a results-driven approach.

Rohan Rathod

With a solid business vision and a multidisciplinary approach, Rohan Rathod represents the third generation leading Delux Bearings, a company specialized in components and systems for automotive applications. In 2025, he takes on the role of Chief Sales Officer and CEO of Fersa India, overseeing both the global commercial strategy and the development of the group in the Indian market.
Throughout his career in the sector, he has promoted a culture focused on innovation, excellence, and collaborative work, managing teams across key areas such as R&D, Production, Finance, Marketing, and HR. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and entrepreneurial experience in sustainability.
Rohan is known for his strategic mindset, results-driven leadership, and strong commitment to Fersa’s international growth and commercial transformation.

Fernando Chóliz

Fernando Chóliz holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zaragoza, an MBA from Columbus-IBS Business School, and has completed the Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School. He began his career in marketing, with roles at Vidrios Ariño Duglass and as Marketing Director at Exafan, before specializing in finance, working for six years as an auditor at EY.
In 2008, he joined Fersa as Financial Controller, and in 2012, he was appointed Global Director of Finance and Human Resources. Since 2020, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), leading the group’s international financial strategy.
His profile combines strategic vision, solid financial expertise, and strong leadership skills—key elements in strengthening Fersa’s global structure and supporting its sustainable growth.

Sergio Santo Domingo

With over 30 years of experience in applied engineering for the automotive and industrial sectors, Sergio Santo Domingo is a key figure in Fersa’s technological leadership.
He began his career as a Project Engineer, later joining TE Connectivity as a Product Manager. He went on to build a solid track record at Valeo Engine Cooling, where he held positions in product management and led technological innovation projects.
In 2008, he joined Fersa as Global R&D Director, where he spent 17 years driving the group’s international innovation strategy. In April 2025, he was appointed Chief Engineering Officer, taking on responsibility for global engineering, product design, and technology development.
His leadership has been instrumental in aligning the group’s technical capabilities with the challenges of the mobility market.

Esther Muñoz

With 15 years of experience in sustainability, regulatory compliance, and people management, Esther began her career at the Social Council of the University of Zaragoza and joined Fersa in 2011 as an Occupational Risk Prevention intern in the Quality department. Since then, she has held various key roles in organizational culture, safety, and corporate responsibility. After leading international projects in China as Fersa Style Developer and serving as Head of Culture & Engagement, since November 2023 she has held the position of Global Head of Compliance and Sustainability, leading the group’s global strategy on sustainability, compliance, and well-being. Her integrative vision and commitment to responsible development make her a key contributor to Fersa’s sustainable growth.

Carlos Amorós

Carlos Amorós holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zaragoza and brings over 20 years of experience in auditing, financial control, international operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
He began his career at Deloitte, where he spent more than seven years in the audit division. In 2012, he joined Fersa as Head of Accounting and has since held several key roles, including Head of Internal Audit (2016–2022) and Global Supply & Service Manager.
Since January 2025, he has served as Director of M&A and Corporate Venture, leading the group’s inorganic growth strategy. His financial expertise, strategic mindset, and deep knowledge of the company make him a key player in Fersa’s sustainable development.

Adrián Lafuente

Adrián Lafuente holds a degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Zaragoza, where he also completed a master’s degree in talent management. He has furthered his education with executive programs at ESADE and EADA Business School, as well as certifications in Employee Experience and Leadership.
He began his career as an HR Trainee at Opel, and since 2016, he has built a solid professional path at Fersa, where he has contributed to key talent transformation and organizational development projects.
Since January 2024, he has served as Group Talent Director, leading global efforts in recruitment, training, development, employer branding, international mobility, and labor relations. His strategic vision and people-focused approach have been essential in positioning Fersa as a talent-driven organization committed to professional growth.

Hugo Santos

Hugo began his professional career as a logistics intern at Fersa, quickly taking on the role of planning and manufacturing manager. In 2008, he joined the Cargotec Group in Finland, where he worked in engineering and operational improvement.
He returned to Fersa in 2010 as Operations Director in Zaragoza and, between 2011 and 2017, led the Jiaxing subsidiary in China, consolidating the company’s presence in Asia. He later headed Fersa-NKE North America from Ohio, driving growth in the U.S. market.
In 2023, he was appointed Global Sales Director, and since April 2025, he serves as CEO for North America and Mexico, spearheading expansion in these strategic markets.
He holds a BSc from the University of Wales and has completed executive education at CEIBS, Zaragoza Logistics Center, and MIT. His international background and operational mindset strengthen Fersa’s commitment to global excellence.

Alexandre Froes

With a solid international track record in commercial management and strategic leadership, Alexandre Froes brings a valuable global perspective to Fersa’s executive team.
He has developed his career in the industrial sector, holding senior roles in regional sales and business unit leadership at NSK Europe and NSK Americas Corporation, where he achieved sustainable results in highly competitive environments. Later, as Senior Executive Director at NSK Brasil Ltda, he successfully led the company’s growth and operational excellence in the region.
Alexandre holds an Executive MBA from FIA Business School and a specialization in Business Administration from FGV. His experience, strategic mindset, and deep knowledge of the industrial market make him a key figure in driving and consolidating Fersa’s presence in South America.

Wilfried Oehling

With a strong international background in business administration and management, Wilfried Oehling has built a career focused on strategy, operational excellence, and global vision. He joined Fersa in 2023 as Head of Operations in India, and in 2025 assumed the dual role of CEO of Fersa China and Interim CEO of NKE FERSA Industry, leading multicultural teams in demanding industrial environments.
Previously, he held key positions at Porsche AG, Porsche Consulting, and NKE Austria GmbH, specializing in strategic sourcing, project management, and operational consulting.
Wilfried holds a degree in Business Administration from IE University, with further education at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, London School of Economics, and Stanford University. As a new-generation leader within the group, he is committed to sustainable growth and industrial transformation. His ability to integrate global teams, drive innovation, and lead with precision makes him a cornerstone of Fersa’s future.

Víctor Cogle

With a strong background in industrial engineering and a career fully developed within Fersa, Víctor Cogle is a clear example of internal growth and technical leadership with international scope. He joined the group in 2016 as a Product Engineer in the R&D department in Zaragoza and has since held various roles of increasing responsibility in development, technical coordination, and project management for Tier 1 and OEM clients.
In 2021, he became Asia R&D Manager, leading technological innovation in the region for four years. Since 2025, he has served as General Manager of Fersa Jiaxing, overseeing operations in one of the group’s most strategic markets.
Víctor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Production from the University of Zaragoza. His profile combines deep technical expertise, multicultural management capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset, making him a key driver of Fersa’s competitiveness in Asia.
