1968

FERDSA is founded in Zaragoza, born from the union of two family-owned workshops.

1980

Design and manufacture of metric and inch series tapered roller bearings.

1985

Design and development of the first special tapered roller bearings.

1992

The owners sell the company FERDSA to its employees.

1993

We officially become Fersa Bearings.

1997

Se consigue la primera certificación de calidad, ISO 9001.

2001

We diversify our bearing product range.

2002

Partnership with Going Investment.

2005

New headquarters in PLAZA in Zaragoza (Spain).

2006

Development of double-row ball bearings. ISO TS 16949 certification achieved.

2008

Launch of axial roller bearings (T type) and special ball bearings.

2009

Our international expansion begins.

2010

Installation of high-precision lines at the Zaragoza factory.

2011

Inauguration of a new production plant in Jiaxing (China).

2012

Creation of the national distribution logistics center Fersa Iberia.

2014

Opening of a new logistics center in China: Jiaxing Logistics Center.

Presentation of the new generation of bearings: Smart Bearing Demonstrator.

2015

Two logistics centers are opened in the Americas: one in Ohio (United States) and another in Curitiba (Brazil).

Fersa Care, a comprehensive assistance service for mechanics, is launched.

2016

Fersa Group is established with the acquisition of NKE in Austria.

2018

Expansion of Fersa's headquarters in Zaragoza (Spain).

2021

NKE Bearings is certified as a "Great Place to Work."

2022

We launch a new product line for the mobility of the future.

2023

Fersa becomes the majority shareholder of Delux Bearings in India. Manufacturing and distribution operations begin in India for OEMs.

Fersa inaugurates the Fersa Lab, a new innovation and design center in Zaragoza.

2025

We inaugurate a new factory in China.

We launch our new corporate website and the rebranding for the three main commercial brands of the group: Fersa, PFI Fersa and NKE Fersa
