In collaboration with universities and technology centers

The University of Zaragoza and Fersa Bearings have created the Fersa Chair for the promotion of talent and innovation which allows a ongoing flow of talent and knowledge in industrial engineering, with business internships for undergraduates and the development of research and doctoral theses.

We also carry out exchanges with other universities where Fersa has some of its centers. In addition, we participate in conferences, seminars, courses and technical sessions, where we can learn about other experiences and get in touch with new fields.

Support for internal start-ups

Fersa's corporate culture is not concerned about hierarchies, in our company everyone has the opportunity to share their point of view and explore their ideas. Therefore, we support internal start-ups, developed by our employees from their own personal projects that they can develop within Fersa.

At Fersa Lab, we are committed to talent and freshness, with no age limit. 60% of those hired in our group in the last 5 years are under 29 years of age; and 26% are under the age of 24.
