We have completed our Customer Satisfaction Survey again this year, where we asked you to give us your opinion on different aspects of your business relationship with Fersa.

First, we want to thank you for your participation and sincerity. Every year we receive more answers, which help us to keep moving in the right direction. We hope to keep this trend and continue to grow together. 

This year, our customers have very positively rated the quality and technical information of our products, with more than 60% of respondents rating these aspects as "very good" or "excellent". Below, we want to share some of the most relevant data from this year's survey. 

Our customers have also highlighted our problem-solving attitude and communication skills. At Fersa, we believe that impeccable service is a guarantee of quality. We will continue to work in this direction and keep improving our fill rate.

We have also planned to expand the sectors where Fersa bearings are applied, such as agricultural, construction, pick-up... We will continue to inform you of our latest product developments in our monthly newsletters.
