The Fersa Chair reinforces the collaboration between the University of Zaragoza and Fersa, promoting training, applied research and job placement projects for engineering students.
The Fersa Chair was created in 2017 as a collaboration agreement between Fersa and the School of Engineering and Architecture (EINA) of the University of Zaragoza. Its aim is to bring the business environment closer to students, promote research in engineering and facilitate the insertion of young talent in the real industrial world.

The Innova Challenge is an annual meeting point for young talent: an experience that goes far beyond a simple challenge.
Engineering students from the University of Zaragoza work in teams to design and build a miniature truck where technical innovation and creative design are put to the test, competing to stand out with the most ingenious ideas.
Through this initiative, participants test their knowledge, teamwork skills, and creative talent by taking on a real-world challenge that allows them to transform ideas into solutions, thus connecting the academic world with the professional one.
