The Fersa Chair reinforces the collaboration between the University of Zaragoza and Fersa, promoting training, applied research and job placement projects for engineering students.

A bridge between academia and industry

The Fersa Chair was created in 2017 as a collaboration agreement between Fersa and the School of Engineering and Architecture (EINA) of the University of Zaragoza. Its aim is to bring the business environment closer to students, promote research in engineering and facilitate the insertion of young talent in the real industrial world.

This space for strategic collaboration allows the articulation of various lines of action aimed at connecting the academic world with the industrial reality.

Internship and Graduate Programmes

As a talent incubator, the Chair promotes practical training programmes for students and recent graduates, with stays of 4 and 10 months respectively.

Innova Challenge

This annual competition aims to encourage creativity and teamwork among the students of the University of Zaragoza, challenging them to design and build a functional miniature truck.

Expertia Programme

Fersa professionals collaborate as guest lecturers in undergraduate and master's degree courses at the School of Engineering and Architecture (EINA), providing a practical and up-to-date vision of the industrial sector.

Reto Innova: your talent has a prize

The Innova Challenge is an annual meeting point for young talent: an experience that goes far beyond a simple challenge.

Engineering students from the University of Zaragoza work in teams to design and build a miniature truck where technical innovation and creative design are put to the test, competing to stand out with the most ingenious ideas.
