AIN (Industrial Association of Navarra, in its Spanish acronym) is a non-profit private business development association, specialized in technical and management consulting, committed to bettering the competitive position of their clients and associates.  Its mission is to function as a space of collaboration and contact among businesses.

Created in 1963 in Pamplona, AIN has established itself as an organization of reference in Navarra’s business network structure, concentrating different functional aspects of business in three separate areas, ain_tech, ain_consulting, ain_legal.

AIN has close to 130 professionals that have multidisciplinary profiles and proven extensive experience in the design, development and execution of projects.

FERSA began collaborating with AIN, and in particular with the Center of Advanced Surface Engineering / Centro de Ingenería Avanzada de Superficies, in 1996 and became an active member of the NBE (Network for Bearing Excellence) in 2009. Together they have developed 8 projects, of different characteristics and implications, 3 of which at the European level and 5 in the national territory.

FERSA became a business associate of AIN on July 2011. This new status allows preferential access to AINs’ various services such as consulting, specialized training, or personnel search and selection.
