Fersa, in its continuous effort to guarantee and improve quality, aspires to obtain the 400+ seal awarded by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
For this purpose, at the end of this past year, 2011, Fersa Bearings’ quality department presented the EFQM foundation with a detailed report of the company and its work methods. As part of the process, a follow up evaluation committee will visit our company this coming month of March in order to verify our achievements and confirm Fersa Bearings as a 400+ European Seal of Excellence deserving company.
The EFQM model, established by the European Foundation for Quality Management, measures the success of a company based on the sustained positive economic results obtained over time in conjunction with other aspects such as customer satisfaction, employee motivation and social and environmental impact.
