Tapared roller bearings are specially suitable for carrying important axial and radial forces acting simultaneously. Those bearings are detachable and make possible a separation of the outer ring from the inner ring with rollers. (Fig. 1) Generators of the raceways converge in a common point over the rotation shaft of the bearing. This allows to assure a roller movement without any rollers slidings over the raceways. (Fig. 4) ![]() It can change the relation between the axial and radial load bearing capacity based on the angle that formed the raceways with the shaft of bearing. (Fig. 2 and 3) Those bearings are used in pairs and their mounting must be regulated in order to obtain the necessary clearance (preload) for an optimum functioning. (Fig. 5) ![]()
