Fersa's scholarship program offers the candidate the possibility of developing in different areas of the company.

This program is structured in two modalities:

Fersa Graduate Program

These are medium duration internships, aimed at training the candidate to give them an overview of the company. The Fersa Graduate Program offers a plan for possible incorporation into the company based on performance assessment.

  • Duration: 3-10 months.
  • Profile: senior year students, recent graduates and masters students.

Fersa Internship Program

These are short internships, usually during the summer months, with the aim of developing a specific project in the company or a final degree project.

  • Duration: 1-4 months (summer time).
  • Profile: senior year students.

 

Requirements to access a Fersa internship:

  • High level of English. Additional languages ??will be positively valued.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Dynamic and with curiosity for learning.
  • Willingness to travel.

If you are a student:
- Have completed at least 50% of the degree's credits.

If you are a graduate:
- Are enrolled in postgraduate training.

- Have completed a degree in the past 18 months.
